As a volunteer teacher I am co-teaching the fundamentals of colour theory, typography, iconography, layout, content structure, and user-centered design in a project-based approach using Figma to newcomers in Germany.

Responsible for the operational and strategic development of an online shop while keeping a user-centered approach to offer an experience tailored to French-speaking users.

In charge of several marketing channels for France and Europe by performing campaign analysis and optimisation. Organized continuous user interviews in order to create a tailored experience to the French speaking users.
• Affiliates represented 8% of the total company’s activations in 2 months time.
• Delivered +200% in activations, +494% in transactions and +115%  in registrations within the first 10 months.

In charge of understanding the needs of specific users via interviews and workshops. Working closely with developers and graphic designers during different phases of the project.
